Specifications, system architecture, and engineering data for the ARCSYS bipedal walker platform.
The ARCSYS Walker Platform
ARCSYS walkers are hydraulic-electric bipedal machines engineered for industrial load operations in environments where conventional wheeled, tracked, or crane-based equipment cannot function. The platform shares a common hydraulic drive architecture, HUD recording system, and navigation core across both the BUW-001 and BOL-001 models.

System Architecture
Heads-up display mounted in the operator cab. Records all operational data in real time — component placements, load weights, GPS coordinates, timestamps, and system telemetry. Data is stored onboard and synced to the ARCSYS cloud infrastructure after each shift.
Dual-circuit hydraulic system powering all primary actuators — leg joints, load arms, and spreader mechanism. Operating pressure 350 bar with redundant pressure relief and automatic fault isolation. Electric auxiliary circuit handles control, lighting, and HUD power.
Multi-sensor navigation stack combining LiDAR, stereo vision, IMU, and RTK-GPS. Provides real-time terrain mapping, obstacle detection, and precision positioning for load placement. Operator retains full override authority at all times.
Integrated power management unit monitors all electrical loads, hydraulic pump demand, and battery state. Supports grid-tethered operation (480V AC) and onboard battery buffer for peak demand smoothing and emergency stop power.
